Bottle Caps.
A bottle cap is a device used to seal the mouth of a bottle. Generally speaking, plastic bottle caps are used for common plastic bottles in daily life, and the material is different from the plastic of the bottle body; Metal bottle caps are usually made of steel and are used for glass bottles. The bottle cap may have the company logo that produces the bottled object.
Crown style bottle cap
The crown shaped bottle cap was invented by William Pant on February 2, 1892 in Baltimore (U.S. Patent 468258). It has 21 or 24 teeth and a paper lined inner bottom to prevent the contents from coming into contact with the metal cap. The current style has 21 teeth. A bottle opener is usually used when opening the bottle cap. The company that manufactured it was originally called Bottle Seal Company, but changed to Crown Cork and Seal Company after the crown cap became popular, and the official name of the company was Crown Holdings.
The crown shaped bottle cap was the first successful consumable (it can be reused, but not easily). This inspired Kim Kamp Gillette, who was still a salesperson at Crown Company at the time, to invent disposable razors.

Flip top bottle cap
By using a set of slender metal brackets to hold the plastic or ceramic plug in place, it can be repeatedly opened or closed without the need for instruments. Before the invention of cork stoppers, this was the main method for sealing carbonated beverages, and glass bottles were usually sealed with cork stoppers that were difficult to open by hand. The first flip top bottle cap was invented by Charles de Quillfeldt from the United States, who applied for a patent on November 30, 1874, with patent number 158406.

Rotating bottle cap
The inner side of the rotary bottle cap has a spiral groove, which can be opened and sealed by rotating, and can be reused without the need for instruments when opening. Some bottle caps have features such as tamper proof design or child safety packaging. The child safety packaging bottle cap needs to be pressed down to open.

A: We can help customers design their own bottle shape, workshop layout and label drawings, these jobs are free charge.
