2.1Introduction

1)PM-150 Sleeve Labeling Machine is custom built to meet the exacting demands of manufacturers and suppliers. It can be used stand alone or integrated in-line and matching filling equipment speeds.

2) It is built upon a framework of seam welded, food grade stainless steel section. This solid foundation keeps movement and vibration to an absolute minimum to ensure consistent, accurate labeling.
3) Unit cutter head plane design in China which apply to the container of ∮30 mm-∮130 mm. you never need to change or debug it.It also has unique light touch human-machine screen,that means,auto search original location as well as safety and convenience which is ahead of other congener products.
4) Double shrinking label feed plane, reasonable height which is convenience to fix the label; micro-computer auto figure which avoid enactment and adjustment. you only need to press it lightly ,the label will detect and locate automatically.The change of label is quick and convenience, besides,the cut place is absolutely exact .
5) The newly designed cutter stepper motor which speed is high ,action is exact,the cut is in order and the shrinking is beautiful.This design cooperate with the label synchronized location structure enable the precision of cut location within 1mm.

PM-1800 Steam Heat Shrink Tunnel

3.1 Brief Introduction

1)PM-1800 Steam Heating Shrink Tunnel can be applied to different and irregular bottle types, e.g. round,square and flat bottles.

2)It adopts seamless tube, the distribution of low-pressure steam drum and the spout of steam use the separation style which make the tunnel smooth.

3)The steam nozzle is divided to three adjustable segments; the height, position and steam output of each segment can be adjusted respectively; this guarantees a perfect shrinking effect.

4)The whole machine is made of stainless steel with heat preservation, it not only saves energy, but also match with the international safety standard.

5)The reductor and transportation machine is made by Spirax Sarco which has a good working environment.

6)The stainless steel defrosting tray collects condensed water.The whole machine adopts the water-proof design with the convenience of operation and maintenance.

4. Steam Generator

4.1Brief Introduction

1)The water is fed into the series of wholly automatic electrical heating generator by high pressure potential vortex pump made of copper with short water-supply time and durable service.

2)A floating ball for liquid level is fixed in the water tank to automatically control the water inlet.

3)Working system is all automatically controlled.After connecting the water supply and power supple for 5 minutes or so,it can output the steam continuously with high working efficiency
